Piano Bar " Observator "

I have nothing else to add regarding to the views. it is simply amazing. the drinks are fresh, specially my juice came not out of the box from the supermarket, which was impressive. I think I have an idea about what my favorite drink here will be next time. the staff was super kind and fast. I am curious about the piano nights. this place is great to come and have a nice time with a lady. they could have a great whiskey, rum and cognac choice. a nice wine card would also be not bad. a couple of cocktails mixed and served in the right glass is the minimum of service they should provide.

One of the best coffe-bars located in Tirana. The view it’s amazing and you can see a part off our city in the palm off your hand. Great view, relaxing. Good service and gentle staff. Comfortable place. I love it especially when is raining. I have been here a lot of times and i like this place.Perfect view if you stay outside and nice and warm place inside.
