Audi Albania

Worst client service ever had in Albania. The employee was rude, did not cooperate or give at all any advice. All because he knew of the technical problem of the Audi car, a manufacturer's production defect.

Nice showroom and nice "welcome", no more. I did regular maintenance for my A4 for 15000 km. After one day, I discovered that: the next maintenance visit written in computer was shorter with 5000 km, the special "theft nut wrench " for tires was damaged, on the body car I found oil fingerprints and oil spots on the engine cover. Next day I came back and claim the damages of "theft wrench nut", I received back an invoice for new normal tires nuts and no excuse " our mechanic said that he used pneumatic wrench but the "theft wrench nut" was ok... in total I lost 65 Euro, almost 6 hours waiting time and almost 500 kilometers driven because I am not leaving in Tirana. Check very well what did the mechanic before to leave the place!

Bad service i ring them to day to get price for service on my car and they didnt give me price over the phone they told me to make appointment and when i get there they will tell me how much the service cost!!!! For standart service i need to know befor i get there. i ring audi in greece and and they did give me price... dont know wher is the problem in albania why?they have big problem they dont know how to do business.... why should i go in greece?

Degraded service behave as if they would pay them the client and not the client they, for a check on the computer saying they should let you the car for 5 hours and then say that the computers are blocked we can not give any information do not drive your cars there you will start a maze you will not go out with ...
