The styling is old and it deffinitely need improvemet . The prices for what they offer(witch is not much ) is very high .

Pool ladder was about to come off, no one to help get sun bed chair until I got myself, then was told I couldn't do that.... mostly young employees busy talking and having fun, not paying attention to guest. Would have been okay with this but they were rude and had little customer service expertise.

Worst place ever in Albania let alone in Tirana. My 4 year old almost got run over by a car inside the compound (not outside but inside the pools). The guy was driving around 30-40 km an hour inside where kids are running around. He did not even stop to check if he had run someone over or to at least apologise. When I confronted the driver and the administrator of the compound they didn't even show remorse of the gravity of what might have happened.

Kid friendly, useful.

A badly organized place, like placing cadres and incomplete information, intends to earn as much money as possible, bringing as many people as they are ultimately forced to pay more to find a cader or put in premises within the complex where to pay more.
