TLScontact – Visa Application Centre Albania

DISGUSTING!! DONT COME HERE! THEY MAY STEAL YOUR PASSPORT! I applied for a Visa 3,5 years ago and I since I never got a reply from them, I would ask them at least for my passport back so I can travel to go back to Greece, the country I live. They had no idea where my passport was and after 3,5 years they send me message telling me to go and get my Visa decision and passport back! I should have gotten that back in 3 WEEKS and got it in 3,5 YEARS after it had expired!! Shame on the money I spend on the visa application and money on traveling to Tirana so many times. I smell dodgy stuff going on here... STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Afternoon, I need your help to book an appointment where you can assist my mother to submit her documents. It has been almost a month since I submitted the application on GOV.UK and ever since then, I’ve been thrown around between different customer service teams of TLSContact. I’ve tried and tried using different browsers and different computers all together but it SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. I am having to watch available dates being sold throughout Jan & Feb 21 and yet it does not work for me. Nor can I book any dates in Feb or March as this new interface does not work or is made not to work. Please just get them to select their earliest appointment available and put it on my account as time is going and I am missing out. Many Thanks Flamur

I have been trying to book an appointment but it is not happening. The booking system they have is not very useful, it looks like many other people are having the same issue, by looking at the reviews. However, my problem with the system they have, which annoys me is that they state: "Important: Our Visa Application Centre is now open for new appointments. Please note that our eSolo interface has been improved and changed for new self-upload applications. " but in fact they do not accept or offer any appointments, it is not transparent, it is not clear, it is not easy to understand, it does not explain to the user what is happening?????!!!!!!

Hi, I have problem to book appointment about 5 weeks. it’s really stressful and no contact at all from TLS Service. If someone had the same and booked in some way please share with others here. I am sure that everyone here will be grateful. Please don’t answer me to contact tls by your website because it’s useless you not helping at all with anything. It’s a joke ! I spent 24 h on this website, was nothing available and in one sec showed all Wednesdays and Thursdays already booked in whole January ! How is it possible??!!

I can't understand how this company works, or even if it works, i have 3months send the applications and still i can't book an appointment, the time passes and still i haven't been able to book anything I am searching every second for timeslots and it says sold, how is that even possible when I am searching all the time.. This is sooo frustrating they must do something!!!!
