Nice place with history.

A historical building, with an excellent display of italian architecture. Located in the center of the city, it is a gem for culture lovers. One of the defining buildings of the city. You have to go and see it before the government and the city hall fulfil their act of donating the land and destroying it in favour of building some high rise towers in favour of a private developer.

Beautiful theater, with parking problem. 500 meters away is a parking garage and there is hardly any parking in the street. They are also a bit strict if you arrive too late. Furthermore, a great theater with seats at different heights so you can see everything well and are close by. Good programming every year. Good atmosphere. Drinks for a reasonable price. Diverse public. Definitely recommended to dine in Tirana and then to grab a theater.
