Worst stuff ever. So rude, impolite and unprofessional. I haven't got any notification twice so my packages were sent back from where they came from. And when you finally find your package there you have to pay ( for the worst service ever, obviously). Such a shame. Better to avoide it.

Rrubish service. It's an embarrassement. They have the technology, deliberately choose not to use it. What's the point of having cueue machines and not use them? Have room for 12 lines and only use 2-3? They've rescheduled their hours at 8:00-17:30, none has bothered to update the visiting hours on the website. Also, I've never once gotten an update from my post physically, not even the small letter they're supposed to send you, nevermind bringing the item at the doorstep, what is this, the postal service? It's an embarrassement.

Un profesional administration. No matter what the opening schedule says, you gamble everytime you go there (i lost 3 times) . They open and close whenever they feel like it. Lack of professionalism and respect to their clients. Shame.

A terrible place. It takes forever to recieve a package. The staff is very unfriendly and barely offer any assistance. There is no queue whatsoever. Last time, it took me about half an hour before i could recieve my package

They are trying to do their best. Yes it's crowded, but still staff are nice and hard-working. Only they need to have Q Machine to get the ticket for queue.
