Worse post office ever seen . You need to wait 3-4 hours to get even a small package . . Nothing is on order . Staff is very slow . Just 2-3 ladies to serve . While costumers are more then 50 in 30 minutes. Old system way of working .

No one answers to the phone and the mail can't be sent to the mail adress. This is ridiculous. You can't contact it in any way possible. Worst customer service possible!

The Albanian Local Post company (Posta Shqiptare) it's a mess in every possible direction. Maybe because it's a company run by the state. So the CEO and all other employees are politicaly assigned. Now this branch of the Posta Shqiptare I would say its one of the best in Tirana. They have a numeric system for the waiting line and that's a relief because no one waits in line in Albania. The down side of this branch is that from 5 counters that should always be working the max I've seen is 3 and due to that you have linea up to 1 HR or more of waiting.
