Everything was good. The ladies from the reception were nice. Advice: You should better arrive before 10.15 am for breakfast though because they will refuse you (Breakfast is until 10.30am).

Pro: Cute hotel with comfortable beds. The women at the hotel were great and helpful. Con: key to room did not work, elevator down off and on all day. Breakfast the second day was ice cold no burners lite under the eggs. On our last day, the elevator was not working we had 4 bags to bring down and the female front desk person helped us even though there were two male employees standing at the bottom of the steps.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The balconies have amazing view to the mountains and sea. There's free parking at the entrance of the hotel. Funny thing about Albania: they don't like to close the showers with a curtains or glass.

Off season, value for Money, comfortable, semi nice balcony view, nice balcony chairs, big comfy bed, comfy pillows, 4 free coffees, generous breakfast, everything luxurious and wonderful.
