Vodafone Shop

It is a joke, one of the biggest shops in Saranda. It has only one person to serve the clients. I don't get it, always a long que outside. Am even considering to leave Vodafone just because of this alone. Vodafone you can do better.

Good service. Easy access

Winter time and the Manager was great but after spending over 35euros of packages the overweight one was rude and angry over how to find my balance. Find another shop. Vodafone should fire the franchise. She almost broke my protection case. Very bad shop. Makes you hate the tourist scam village even more.

My new phone stopped working, I went into the Vodaphone shop near the beach, they fixed the phone by opening it, removing the battery and putting it back together. As I was leaving, the clerk said, "aren't you going to pay?" I went back in, said how much is it, she said 5 euros, I paid, and explained that where I'm from, routine service like that is free. The two young women didn't respond in any way, they acted like I was a non-person. Once outside, I realized it was their scam. If they'd been polite and/or discussed the charge upfront, I would have expected them to ring it up, but since they treated me like a thief, I didn't challenge them or ask for a receipt. I rarely complain, but I think I'll take this to a higher level, because that shop is frequented by tourists, and those two young women are probably raking in a lot of money from a service that should be free for vodaphone customers.
