SummerLand hotel is very close to the beach and in a really quiet area of Borsh. The rooms are lovely looking, cozy, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The hotel provides a big car parking as well. Breakfast and beach beds are also included in the price, which is a big plus. Second time to visit this hotel in one month. Devi, the manager, and Shpresa, his mom, run the hotel as a family business, and this is only their second summer receiving clients - so some improvements are to be expected. I definitely recommend it.

Small but quiet hotel a stone's throw from the wonderful sea of ​​Borsh South Albania ... all the staff of the hotel were kind, helpful and above all appreciated the cuisine of the Chef who, in addition to the availability and kindness, prepares incredible courses ... see what he managed to prepare x a birthday party...

It's sad. Sadly. The hotel is designed for locals who came to rest for one two nights. Away from all the best and shops. Near everything only in machine availability. The road to the hotel is not comme il faut. Dust primer. It's dirty. The shore is dirty and deep down to the water. Not for kids. The hotel rooms are very sporting. There is not even a glass of water to drink. Breakfast for two = scrambled eggs + egg + two 100 ml each. Glasses of milk + one 100ml. Orange jupee. Neither coffee nor tea. Alas. It's sad. They wanted to stay but could not stand more than one night, they left. I do not advise!

Expensive outside, cheap inside. Breakfast per room, not per person. The covers of the building are wooden metallic, postal noise even from footsteps. The same level of shower and bathroom floor leads to the fact that water is everywhere. The staff is polite, but not helpful, there are some rules everywhere. Luggage must be carried from the parking lot to the room only through the central passage, which is very inconvenient when there is a lot of it, and during such heat. On the beach, the hotel has a territory with umbrellas and sun beds, but for some reason you cannot rearrange the sun beds in the shade !!! They should be clearly at the umbrella! In general, the sea is beautiful, nature, too, the water in early August is warm and amazingly beautiful. There is no shower on the beach! For children there is nothing! It’s probably easier to live in apartments easier, for 20 euros, than in these. Same level
