Sole Luna Hotel

Sola Luna is one of the best Hotel at south of Albania. The room was big, everything was clean, and the service was super for five stars. Food was delicious and very cheap compare with other hotels.

Horrible stay. Planned a 7 day vacation and checked out after 2 days. The hotel is indeed beautiful, however, the staff was rude, unpleasant, unwelcoming and lazy to say the least. From the moment we checked in, the receptionist asked for our name and first thing, “why Borsh? out of all the places to go, why would you want to come here?” Check in was at 2pm, our room wasn’t ready until 330pm. The rooms air-conditioning is horrible as it has a sensor so that when you open your balcony door, the AC shuts off? This was a first for us. I needed to call for room service so that she can come to our room and clean the counters in the bedroom as they were covered in dust. Appeared to never have been wiped. The staff in the restaurant are VERY VERY slow, unpleasant and the staff show that they hate their jobs. They once told us not to sit outside for dinner bc it was too windy for them. We ate outside anyway. The only person that was pleasant was one of the waiters Ardit. He was quick on his feet, helped out, took our order and all with a smile on his face. Ardit along with the staff at the beach were the only 3 staff members that we can say were helpful and pleasant. We tried to reserve a Cabana and were not able to at first due to the staff saying that it was reserved for 5 days, only to find out that it was reserved to the hotel owners son. Really? Needless to stay, we shortened our stay to 2 days and checked into a hotel in Ksamil where there is more life, pleasant atmosphere and all around a better experience for us. It's a shame because the owner put a lot of money into this place only to have it run to the ground by its staff. Management needs to swap out staff and make this a better experience for everyone.

It could be the best investment in Borsh but it lacks in customer service. Very nice room service with clean sheets. The refrigerator in the room is very small. The breakfast buffet is delicious but be prepared to bring a thick credit card or plenty of cash if you decide to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant.

Rooms are big and had nice sunset view. Very clean abd beautiful. But waiter at restaurant is beyond disrespectful, never felt so badly treated before. At breakfast we asked where to sit and did not properly understand and chose a table supposed for lunch. Waiter was super annoyed and beyond unfriendly because of this even though we immediately changed places and nothing had happened. Just a really bad experience service wise.

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms and exotic private beach. Great cocktails and food. It loses 1 star for me because of the unfriendliness of one of the waiters at the private beach. Otherwise a perfect place for Borsh.
