Jaroal Hotel

Great visit. Service minded staff. Good restaurant.

We had a great experience in hotel JAROAL. The location of the hotel is clearly the best: close to everything, but quiet and not noisy at all. The beach is just downstairs and very clean, and the view from the room is fantastic. But we especially want to thank all the staff, from the manager to the cleaning ladies, with a special thought for the waiters from the Taverna Pupi (which is also part of the hotel) and the receptionists. They do great job, they never show they're tired, they make you feel like you're at home. We met people we will not forget. And although our albanian trip was not over, it's been hard to us to leave Saranda. Every special request we had has been received with smiles and the staff's always been helpful. For those who don't share this feeling, I have an advice: if you smile at people, people smile back at you. So, THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!! We love you :)
