Taverna Laberia

Excellent food and excellent portions. The first and the best lamb head I’ve had.

I've never written a review before I came to this place. The portions were huge and this is the first restaurant where I couldn't finish eating everything I had ordered. The place gives you a warm feeling and looked like it's a family business. We were offered free home made rakia and after we refused, they made us a dessert. Best place I've eaten in Albania so far, as a tourist it's a 10/10.

This place has amazing food! Even though they had a reduced menu due to the off season, whatever we had was great. Highly recommend the Greek salad and tzatziki (not sure how to spell it) here and the bread served is amazing. We also had the chicken on the spit which was pretty good as well. We were recommended the open souvlaki but its only available in season.

We read all the amazing reviews and decided to visit Taverna Laberia. Our expectations were exceeded. It’s a lovely little restaurant, run by amazing people. The food was delicious and as everyone says the portions were huge. We even took some food home. The priceses were low for the quality and quantity you get. I definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Saranda or the cities close by.

Very nice place. Prices are the same as with other tavernas, but portions are huge. Ordering a salad, you can be sure, it will be for two or even three persons. The waitress was very affable and hospitable. There were meat, fish abd seafood, salads, breakfast, fast food, hard and soft drinks on the menu. So the choice is wide. We've tried meat, and it was great.
