Alpeta Agrotourism & Winery (Alpeta Agroturizem)

This is absolutely one of the best wineries we have ever visited! We had such a lovely time here from start to finish. First, we got to see the vineyard amidst the breathtaking lush mountains. Then we got to see how the raki was made and a behind-the-scenes tour of the winery. Then the best part was tasting the three different types of wines with fresh figs, grapes, and cheeses. We loved it so much we ended up staying for dinner - so delicious and traditional! Such wonderful hospitality from everyone - we came for a wine tasting and left feeling like part of a family. Beautiful natural setting in a cozy village amidst the mountains, amazing wine and food made with love. Highly recommend if you want a great place to try wine near Berat!

Stay Away! 1. The food is horrible. 2. The chicken was fried in deep oil. Like KFC. 3. The portions were smaller than advertised. 4. Overpriced. 5. The service was horrible. 6. Limited Food choices. After overpaying we were still hungry.

The best winery, the best staff, the best prices. Glad to have this opportunity in Berat. 1- Best Wine 2- Hiking 3- Best View etcc 😀
