Church of St. Mary, Barmash, Cologne v built. In 1610 The church of "St. Mary" is located at the entrance of the village Barmash of Kolonja. The church consists of the nave, the narthex and the porch. The nave is single-sided and has internal dimensions 11.30x4.60 meters. The porch extends to the south side of the church. The masonry of the church consists of raw stones bonded together with lime mortar. The masonry of the porch is made of mud-bound stones and is reinforced with wooden strips. The apse of the church is three-sided. The church was painted in 1616. This fact is confirmed by an inscription found painted on the north wall of the church: Ανεστοριθυ ουτος ναος (της Υπεραγιας Δεσποίνης ημων / Θεοτόκου και αειπαρθένου μαριας δηα συν (δρόμος κόπου τε και εξό / δου). .. του ιερεος Κ .... Ανδρεα ... ο αρχιερατευ / οντος ... / Μητροπολιτου (Καστορίας) Κυρ Κυρ Δαβηδ. Επη ετους / - 1616.
