Unacceptable coach for Durres. They fool customers by saying that it is a luxury, 2019 pickup, with WiFi in Greece. The reality is far from over. Shame, your two-storeys are simply a failure. I'm in for a comeback and the seats are upside down. Who with a child can sit 13 hours upside down on a trip? I recommend dear future travelers to think about it three times first and think about traveling with the company. Despite complaints from past travelers, they have not been taken into consideration.

Great disappointment for your company in Durres, respect, service and communication at a very low level. As for Greece, there is no problem. I will not travel to Greece again with this company !!
