BKT Branch & ATM (Kashar)

When I think of it I feel sick! Disgusted place. Unprofessional staff, they treat clients like dogs thinking they own the bank not work there and they are servers of the public. Easy to get in trouble as their attitude is unbelievable towards clients. I will never suggest to anyone to get near it.

I can only describe in few words! Very unprofesional, inequality and disgusting and easy to get bitten up! I do believe that there is nothing wrong with the bank! but with people that work there, they are so low level that make customers feel unimportant as everywhere alse in the world is other way around!. Just for being there waiting for a transacton to be done I almost got involved in a fight with someone who I dont even think was working there but I had nowhere to ask who was he? as no one seem to be a manager or a person in charge! Its a shame! such a shame! "Never suggest to anyone to use especially this place! "

Is too far

I visited this bank for the first time today! I was happy and proud to guide my two friends from Canada to attend this bank! But in reality I was grossly disappointed! We had to wait two hours just to make a simple money transfer because there is no rule and respect for customers in this country, so-called "national bank"! My husband and I were waiting for a long time outside the building, as we saw dozens of workers as they drank cigarettes, so my husband did the same thing! But suddenly an employee of this bank started to suffocate with a tongue more vulgar than that of the road! A bank employee pulling his arm to show how strong he is! Turpp !!!! One bank employee does not know absolutely no compassionate rules! What can I say to this bank too! The bank employee who threatens to fire the gun for why you are smoking all the stuff outside the building while your colleagues were next to us! TURP TURP AND MADH! I do not recommend anyone to this bank! And I pray to all my mates to raise their voices against these endemics!
