Unprepared staff with no problem solving skills apart from sending customers away and collecting exorbitant commissions and interest rates. I had a severe problem with my credit card and after visiting the office three times in person and calling their customer service twice, the problem persists and their only excuse is that the system did it. Meanwhile the customer is left with a debit to cover on his/her own. Truly horrible and really disappointing!!!
