A very small showroom. When you go to get your car serviced by them, they put the client on a very small corner of this showroom. the only way to get a look at the car is to see through a Chinese monitor displaying very shady images of the workshop. This is the best case scenario, because most of the time when they take delivery of vehicle for inspection, they don't call for days and don't even give a number to call about the inspection or service of the car. the biggest surprise is that the same people who work for Toyota, work also for Peugeot. They pass from showroom of Peugeot to showroom of Toyota, like it is the same car brand. The worst is that they smell of Alcohol. Very disappointed with the presentation of Toyota in Albania. Such a shame.

I have toyota camry hybrid and the car has problem with battery or inverter i dont know. I asked for help to repair to Toyota Alto and they say to me that your car is from Usa and we cannot repair it . Their inginier says so and we dont repair cars that arent bought to us.Its a shame for Toyota Usa that have given license to that centre. When i called Toyota Usa about my problem they said to me that we have our point to Tirana and you can send to them...I tried to explain them that their point in Tirana doesnt accept my car and they didnt understand the reason why...

Toyota always a good choice, safe ride comfortable and spacy. Thank you for your service.
