Rating: minus 10 !! Experience at the highest level of negativity. They rented us a car that in three days gave us only problems: wiper water pump not working, headlamps burned and finally brake circuit fluid leak (luckily we were parking, otherwise who knows what could have happened to us). They responded with arrogance and arrogance to our complaints, then they gave us a replacement car. At the end of our vacation, the contract provided for the transfer from Orikum to Tirana airport; despite having left the first car with a full tank of fuel, they showed up with a car that had only a few liters in the tank, enough to get to Vlora. If we wanted to arrive at the airport, we had to pay for the refueling for a round trip (€ 60). Moral: ABSOLUTELY AVOID RENTING CARS HERE !!!
