If I could, I would rate this 0 stars. Worst experience I have ever had both as a business owner, as well as for personal packages. The parcels get paid as express, and they still never come in time. I've had 2 consecutive damaged goods. Despite the packet clearly stating "FRAGILE" and "Handle with care", both packets came broken and part of the cargo was damaged and lost. And both times, it happened after they arrived in Albania. I've used DHL abroad, and have had the best experience ever. The fees are ridiculous. And the customer service is the worst I've ever had the displeasure to talk to. They were rude, ironical and when I asked a simple question, I had the phone hung up on me mid sentence (this was of course after a snarky ironical remark from the lady on the phone). Stay away from them!

I do not have words to describe how poor is the DHL ALBANIA service! Customer service is one of the worst I've encounter, (and the managers do not seem to do nothing about it), they keep your parcels for no reasons at least 10 days without clearing them. If you do not go personally in their main office, forget about your parcel. They won't deliver nothing in time. Go for another express mail folks, UPS, Fedex - whatever- just dont go with DHL !

The worst service ever. I prepaid for all duty and taxes and shipping when I ordered the package so I could avoid the customs delay, but still my package stayed at customs for 4 days! When it was cleared from customs I expected to have it delivered very fast but its been 3 days and no package arrived. The costumer service are so rude and such liars. Whats the point of paying for DHL EXPRESS if the package takes more than 2 weeks to arrive!! I

DHL Albania has abusive practices in handling your custom taxes by charging way beyond any other company changes, it gets to the point of being unacceptable. In my case, they charged 50% on the top of the tax that I paid for my goods. Since there is no law in Albania that regulates similar services, they can do whatever they want and abuse with similar services. I'd call on Albanian parliament and government to defend its citizens against similar abusive practices by companies like DHL. Shame on you DHL Albania. May I never ever have to deal with you again!

EXTREMLY poor services, I will give 0 STAR no commucation skills, nether respect for the clients time not good service at all I will never ever use DHL, there are so much hidden fee over than DHK fee
