WORST SERVICE. Not correct on their job. They call the receiver's to send the package and if the recivers couldn't answer at the time they call they just send a message to them and never call back and neither answer to the phone.

They are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. Above all, they try to avoid responsibility with weak questions such as "What bag did you have, are you sure you got the courier, are you sure it will be brought and will it not bring you broken"? and then another and finally orphaned. Delays are more delayed within Tirana than in the districts.
