I usually don’t expect a lot of customer service from Albaninan stores, but what I do expect is respect. I went to 355 to help my partner purchase a new screen protector as he’s not very familiar with the language. The first time we were sold a $10 screen protector. We were told that the item wouldn’t break easily. After 2 months, it did. Some of you might think that it depends on the impact etc, but I assure you that it didn’t. So I was very disappointed. We went there a second time. We were greeted by the same girl that sold us the first screen protector. She was nice, but when we told her about the screen protector she started saying that it would break since it’s a full size one. I was shocked to hear that. As soon as I tried to ask her more questions this other girl jumped into the conversation and started talking to me with a know-it-all attitude. Whenever I would start to talk, she would interrupt me. I was very upset at her behavior as it wasn’t professional, nor polite at all. We got the small size one in the end and we were given a 2 day warranty to return it in case it didn’t stick perfectly, which they told us that it would. 2 days later we went back to the shop. As soon as we walk in, without a greeting, the girl that had an attitude asked for 300 Lek from the cashier. She gave more attention to her nails than to us. I was expecting her to ask me why we came or if there were a way for it to be fixed. But that didn’t happen. She kept on rolling her eyes and didn’t even talk to us. We went to 3V Fejzo by Rruga e Durresit, and they acknowledged that the screen protector wouldn’t fit. They gave us a 50% doscount off the item, which I thought was very nice given that the product should be properly fit for the purpose. 3V Fejzo’s service was by far the best I’ve seen here. 355, please learn to respect your customers and address their concerns as the staff represents your brand.
