Charming little wood cabin, provided with the basics but comfortable enough. Staff is very friendly, and the onsite restaurant has a simple but excellent food choice, all made at the moment with local supplies.

It was my first time visiting Valbone with my family and we decided to spend the night there. I found the staff of this place completely unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest and I will explain step by step. UNPROFESSIONAL We booked an villa and moved all our staff there. We proceeded with the payment but the staff didn’t even told us anything about the rules, breakfast serving time and check out. DISRESPECTFUL The next day since we were completely uninformed we decided to ask breakfast serving at 10:15 AM and the staff including the manager said: Unfortunately the breakfast is over and we do not serve anything after 10:00AM, because we have other duties to do as well which is completely understandable in my opinion because there are rules and everyone need to follow. I was totally okay with this situation, so I asked politely if there is any possibility to improvise something for breakfast for my family since we were uninformed from the staff about breakfast serving time. He accepted this fact that it was their fault and the manager who was listening all the time gave the order to start preparing the breakfast but still this didn’t change anything. Waiter's answer was final and irrevocable. The waiter was staying at our table repeating all the time: We have nothing left for breakfast. DISHONEST Since they admitted that it was their fault for not informing about anything and not serving breakfast at least a partial refund would be quite acceptable (SINCE PRICE INCLUDES BREAKFAST) BUT this didn’t happen for sure. After that while taking all our staff and preparing to leave the place with our empty stomach we thought consuming the watermelon which we brought it during our road to Valbona and left that cooling overnight in the water. We didn’t found it anymore and I spoke directly with the manager but he didn’t even said anything about my concern. He just smiled gently to my face letting me understood that everything was done consciously and on purpose. ->SHQIP Ishte udhëtimi ynë i parë në Valbonë me familjen dhe vendosëm të kalonim natën atje. Stafi ishte jo profesional, te pasjellshëm dhe jo të ndershëm. JO PROFESIONIST Rezervuam një vilë dhe më pas lëvizëm gjithë sendet tona personale. Kryem pagesën por stafi nuk dha asnjë info mbi rregullat, kohën kur shërbehej mëngjesi dhe kur duhet të lironim vilën ditën tjetër. TË PASJELLSHËM Të nesërmen pasi nuk ishim të informuar, vendosëm të shkonim për mëngjes në orën 10:15AM dhe stafi përfshirë edhe menaxherin thanë: Mëngjesi mbaroi dhe nuk shërbejmë asgjë pas orës 10:00, sepse ne kemi edhe detyra të tjera për të bërë, gjë që është plotësisht e kuptueshme për mendimin tim pasi ekzistojnë rregulla dhe të gjithë duhet ti respektojmë. Plotësisht dakort me situatën, pyes me mirësjellje nëse ka mundësi të improvizojnë diçka për mëngjes për familjen time, pasi ne ishim të painformuar nga stafi për kohën e shërbimit të mëngjesit. Ai e pranoi këtë fakt që ishte faji i tyre dhe menaxheri që dëgjonte gjatë gjithë kohës me gjysëm zëri tha të fillonte menjëherë përgatitja e mëngjesit, por prapëseprapë nuk ndodhi pasi përgjigja e kamerierit ishte përfundimtare dhe e pakthyeshme. Kamerieri duke qëndruar në tryezën tonë përsëriste gjithë kohës frazën: S'kemi asgjë për mëngjes JO TË NDERSHËM Meqenëse e pranuan se ishte faji i tyre që nuk ka kishin informuar për asgjë, duke na lënë pa mëngjes të paktën një rikthim i pjesshëm i pagesës nga ana e tyre do të ishte një gjest mjaft i pranueshëm (PASI ÇMIMI PËRFSHIN MËNGJESIN), por kjo gjë nuk ndodhi sigurisht. Pas kësaj ndërsa merrnim të gjithë sendet tona personale dhe po përgatiteshim të largoheshim nga vendi me stomakun bosh, ne menduam të konsumonim nje shalqi të cilin e sollëm pasi e blemë gjatë rrugës për në Valbonë dhe e lamë në ujë gjithë natën të freskohej. Nuk e gjetëm më dhe fola direkt me menaxherin, por nuk tha asgjë për shqetësimin tim. Vetem buzëqeshi në një mënyre që më la të kuptoja se cdo gjë ishte bërë me vetëdije të plotë dhe qëllim.
