Mizerabel service. They send to me sms several times to get the card. After I leave my job and stand in line they say:come another daywe can't proceed today. If they can't why send sms to me?

This branch is located in a business area. This is the reason you have to wait more than 30 minutes to get finished. The staff here is helpful.

The bank with the worst customer service in all of Albania. All employees at the counters are super rude and uninformed! It is unfortunate that you make endless investments in technology but you have left the first contact with the client in these conditions.
