Tirana Yoga

As an occasional yoga practitioner I really enjoy the sessions at Tirana Yoga. The premises are clean, the design is cheerful, and quite spacious, with two bathrooms to shower should you wish to. They offer various classes to suit a fairly large scope of interest and they speak English (the owner and main teacher, Rachel, is an American with very high teaching hours). Absolutely recommended.

Highly recommend, there's a diversity of classes, but all of the teachers are very helpful and informative, from beginner to advanced!

I really appreciate the experienced and properly trained teachers (they are difficult to find in Tirana)! Plus I enjoy that I can take classes everyday and at any time of the day that fit my busy schedule.

I have only been to one class and I love it. Great teacher, clean and chill.
