I recently visited the salon with my girlfriend and she was very happy with the customer service. The staff was very welcoming and helped her with everything she needed. She turned out beautiful as always. Thank you guys.

My hair came out nice as I did a simple root coloring and blow out so not much can go wrong with that. However customer service is absolutely horrific. The place is cold, unorganized and messy. Do not bother setting an appointment because they have no regard for punctuality. You will be shuffled from one stylist to the other without being asked. The atmosphere in the salon is chaotic. I felt unsafe because they had no procedures in place to safe guard against COVID-19. People from outside came in and out as they pleased with no masks on. Two customers barged in and approached my stylist, hovering over my chair with no regard for social distancing . I could not wait to leave. My stylist meant well but she had no manners, unfortunately. I usually do not write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because the service industry in Albania needs to prioritize customers and appreciate their business.

The end product (hair and make up) turned out very nice but the overall experience was not worth the price (FYI this was summer 2018). When I turned up for my appointment with my girls, which was booked way in advance, they were not ready for anyone and seemed disorganized and rushed. They had overbooked the salon and other clients were coming in. For myself (bride), there were multiple brides booked at the same time. The appointment was over two hours later than anticipated so I did not have time to have pictures taken with my husband and family before the ceremony... on top of this obviously being upsetting, I was told I was “lucky” because I will finish before the other girls. And finally, this is just something personal, I can’t stand it when people smoke cigarettes indoors and then touch your face...uncomfortable and unprofessional.

One of the most talented makeup artists in Tirana. My wife really liked the service and looked fabulous when i went to pick her up. From that time she has never changed the make up saloon.
