Internet speed is worse than in Africa. A nightmare for gamers. Stay away!!! Ping over 9000 and the conncection is super unstable

I have being using Vodafone number since a took my first phone. I was always happy with it but these last time they are being very bad with their customers. Today I had a situation that it's not the first time that happened but I didn't give attention before. I had "Ofera" and also money on my account. The moment it came the message notifying me that my internet has finished I closed my mobile data. I checked my balance at #123# and from 466 All was 366 All. Again I checked at #123# because I wanted to know which was my last action of my balance and I see 356 All while my mobile data was off. Before happened to me that with internet and minutes on my balance 400 All was finished and no explanation was given to me. So Vodafone, I'm really angry and I hate the experience with you and just can't wait to change the operator. From the best you are the worst now !!!
