Service is slow and lacking of material
One week they stock something and then never restock once all sold out.
I was just buying instruments, so I loved the amazing experience of playing one of the beautiful instruments in my life.
I do appreciate the help provided by the staff but they have scary prices!
Bad customer service, they will not return our phone call, e-mai, tex message whatsoever in spite the fact that they had received the full payment amount.
