Clínica Isabel Fançony

On the 27 July I visited the clinic and it’s facilities and I was impressed with it because it is clean and quite spacious, very appalling for a clinic like this which pretends to combine the private health service as an reference facility. I was in consultation with one of their OB- ginecologists who also convinced me, but then on the 19 August I sent an email asking for a proforma and more details concerning the packages they had to offer. I had previously asked and obtained some information while visiting, but since it was nothing written I preferred to send an e-mail to their geral@clinicaisabelfancony. 3 days later after the email no call no email response. So I called and one of the receptionist confirmed they had received my email and also offered to send me the IBAN for me to do the payment. Lucky for me I insisted on having the written informations requested in the email, she said they would answer and hang up the fone. 10 days later, and no response to my questions, I contacted them via Instagram, and right away someone answered and replied giving me part of the information I requested for. But some data were still missing for me to have a complete certainty of the total price I would have to pay. So once again I waited for 3 more days ( and everyday they would confirm I would receive it that day) to obtain a final answer and the proforma. So to sum up, while I was visiting I was informed the package would cost 1M350 aoa with a plus one and a private room, then second info, the plus one would be charged a rate of 75 000 aoa and the private room charged 50 000 aoa. And third information those charges previously announced were in fact daily rate and not for the 3 day package. So from 1M350 aoa, 1M475aoa and then 1M750aoa in a space of 2 weeks of harassing them with calls emails and messages via Instagram and whatsapp to obtain the correct information. Their costumer service still has to improve a lot, if this is their specialty they should have this information gathered in a brochure to be a handed right away to the client and not have to wait for 2 entire weeks with my persistence!!!!! Other thing, with that value, the disposable diapers and pads are not provided to the mom to be....I have been to such clinics around the world and the quality of the service is completed with susch attentions that pacients do appreciate very much!! Waiting for some costumer service to call and offer me some apologies and maybe an arrangement!

This hospital is very good, one of the best in Luanda! Nice place to give birth. I hope they can keep this place like that for long years.!

I honestly have never been so disappointed as I am/was by this hospital. When I first visited it was splendid. However, these days its all a mess. Extremely and unreasonable waiting times without a clear queueing system, appointments being cancelled literally 5 minutes before the doctor is expected to see you. The nurses are extremly impacient and a select few are actually great and joy. The prices keep rising and the customer service keeps getting worse.
