I Wish i could give ZERO, they are so incompetent that they can not even answer a phone. Do they know what is a phone tho? This country is hilarious.

I booked a ticket with my favorite TAAG for 20 May 2020, which was cancelled because of Covid. Now Taag starts flying again, but TAAG says it is a TAP ticket and I have to contact the booking agent (Mytrip) to hear that it is indeed a ticket issued by TAP Air Portugal. All that because one segment is a domestic flight from Lisbon to Porto, the ticket is indeed a TAP ticket, the number starts with 047. I finally heard from TAP after contacting them on Facebook, but I was never offered a voucher, am now waiting for a refund since the day they cancelled my flight on 20 May 2020, more than half a year ago, that is. "Mytrip", the booking agent, is also waiting for the refund, they say, and even though I said a voucher is fine too, I do not get any answers or solutions from either of them :-(

Nunca atendem as chamadas, a pessoa precisa de informações não atendem e demoram uma eternidade para responder ao emails.

Se queres pontualidade, não conte com a TAP. Vendem passagem para um horário, depois trocam teu horário para até 12h depois e nenhuma compensação te é feita. Espaço apertado demais entre cadeiras. Serviço de bordo bom.
