Aspen Dental

I recently moved to Indiana and found out that my insurance coverage out here is extremely lacking. Not many places take my plan. I was honestly very skeptical when I found out that my only option if I wanted to be covered was to go to an Aspen Dental. I had a preconceived notion that “chain” dentist offices would be some of the worst of the worst. I could not have been more wrong. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Their office was clean and I felt super safe given the current COVID-19 pandemic. The staff was friendly and courteous and didn’t make me feel bad about anything (which I know is a tactic other dentists have taken). I was seen on time and everyone I encountered was absolutely lovely, helpful, and explained everything to me clearly. I came out with a treatment plan that I could understand and feeling confident that I was being taken care of. All of their equipment was top of the line and high tech which made me feel confident that I was receiving advice that centered around my health. It’s nice to not have to feel anxious or worried about my next appointment.

I had a toothache that woke me up at 4 in the morning and i was desperate to find a dental office that could take me in on that same day. Close to impossible, i know! But Aspen Dental's online scheduling service saves the day! I was able to secure an appointment and get in at 8:15 a.m. that day before they even opened. It was such a relief on my part. Scheduling was SO EASY and convenient. The staff was very friendly when i got there and they took the time to explain to me everything that was going on. I am SO glad I found them! Will definitely recommend to everyone i know!

Do not go here if you have pain. They want to sell you a plan, so the initial visit is to find willing subjects.

I've been going here since Nov of 2018, it has been a great experience until today! I've paid them over 9000.00 in those 3yrs and walk in today for a cleaning to be told I owe 138.00 from the last cleaning 7 months ago on top of today's visit for a total of 241.00. I NEVER received a bill, a phone call, text message or email and its not even on the app that I have a balance. I was beyond furious, paid what I "owed" and left. I won't be returning. I definitely felt like I had been scammed and taken advantage of. Its sad cause I really liked the hygienist and Dr Terry! Maybe their billing department needs a overhaul, extremely unprofessional!!

This office is awesome!! Staff is very professional. I have had them do all of my work for the last couple of years now. Highly recommend!!
