Time given on my application was 8 to 9am, it turned out that they hadnt finished visa applicants for last day as well. It took more than 3 hours for my turn to come. Its much better to apply Schengen visa from some other european country than portugal.

Quanto ao atendimento, não podia ser melhor, cinco estrelas.
O problema está em conseguir agendar o dito atendimento. Este, é única e exclusivamente feito via online, e aí o caso muda de figura. É quase preciso um milagre para conseguir uma vaga.
O "COVID" não pode servir de desculpa para tudo e mais alguma coisa.
