From the custom created mother's ring they helped my wife design and build to the replacement batteries for my optics lights, and everything in between! UPSIDE: Nice selection, friendly and knowledgable staff, conveniently located, large parking area for vehicles with trailers. Reasonable prices DOWNSIDE: None really.

I spoke with Mark on the phone prior to coming into the store regarding having my engagement/wedding band removed due to a broken finger with significant swelling. He was so helpful, kind and gentle during the removal process. He made the best of the situation knowing how upsetting it was. I highly recommend Ference’s & trust them wholeheartedly.

I’m new to Jewely but Debbie, and Mark were incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions and more. But most importantly when I said I was interested in Silver they did everything they could to find what I wanted instead of trying to talk me into white gold! Have already went back for more; and will always recommend them over any other jeweler.
