UPSIDE: Nice selection, friendly and knowledgable staff, conveniently located, large parking area for vehicles with trailers. Reasonable prices DOWNSIDE: None really.

I spoke with Mark on the phone prior to coming into the store regarding having my engagement/wedding band removed due to a broken finger with significant swelling. He was so helpful, kind and gentle during the removal process. He made the best of the situation knowing how upsetting it was. I highly recommend Ference’s & trust them wholeheartedly.
