One of the wonderful places visited during my visit to Luanda, Angola. This restaurant is facing south Atlantic and its having a mesmerizing view.. And the food was very good in Cais De Quatro...met amazing people...was on official visit..have more to tell but don't have words...reason when i visited there was good rainfall at that moment i was feeling the cold breeze touching us...and I Just want to say i was happy and enjoying..😊😊
