TAAG Airline

I had a good experience with TAAG. But there is room for improvement. Need better services, lower fares inside the country.

Absolutely appalling service on from Taag on the flight from Lagos to Luanda. The flight was delayed for four hours, the connecting flight to Johannesburg did not wait for us and we were kept waiting at the airport for hours, waiting to be transferred to a hotel. The Taag staff at Luanda were very unprofessional, unsympathetic and outrightly rude! One staff said ‘taking you to a hotel is compensation’ as though we were homeless people. This is certainly an appalling experience from Angola, considering that Taag Angola Airlines only started flying directly to Lagos last week and expect to be patronised. DO NOT FLY TAAG ANGOLA AIRLINES if you can avoid it.

Very expensive for domestic flights. Do not recommend.

Food seriously sucks Good aircraft Zero maintenance on seat electronics and in flight entertainment systems Should we trust their aircraft maintenance/safety if they can't maintain seats and inflight entertainment systems?
