Called company at 830 on the a Monday morning. When I got off work at 10pm Monday night I haven't received a call back. I understand being busy not calling right back. I prefer to give my business to the little guy trying to get started. But 12+ hrs no call back.
Moving to the next guy
They came to my house when i was still sleeping didn't knock walked right in and didn't know what he was doing. The toilet didn't work when they were done working. It smelled up the whole house
They are great,I want them to work on house agian.
Had some friends that were having issues with leaky plumbing under the kitchen sink. ( live in Hamilton) They called Hicks in the late morning and he arrived that same day and fixed the issue. He was professional, courteous, and respectful. My friends were very grateful for the quick and professional service as well as the very reasonable prices!! Very satisfied!
