Were at the shop just before 5 p.m. today. 2 customers were before us. After 20 minutes it was the last customer's turn. This customer was apparently an acquaintance of a saleswoman, whereupon that saleswoman served the same customer together with the other and had a leisurely chat. When I asked at 5:40 p.m. after almost an hour of waiting when it was our turn, we were told that we couldn't do it today, we should come tomorrow ... When asked, why not tell us at 5 p.m. then we don't have to wait 1 hour with a face mask in the hallway while we chat comfortably with the acquaintance, nothing more came ...
