Just unprofessional. The city is buying up all flu vaccination contingents, the vaccine is no longer available at pharmacies, and the city's website for scheduling appointments collapses under the load. You get insulted on the phone.
Very good handling of the vaccinations even during the corona period. We were able to get into the building on time for our appointment and receive the vaccination.
