Incredible! Initially good, the quality has deteriorated more and more. Calls and emails are simply not responded to. Actually, everything always arrived too late with flimsy excuses (illness, vacation, overload) and we even missed several deadlines. The excuse was that there were open invoices - invoices that were not created and sent - because that too was forgotten. When a request came from the new accounting department to hand over the documents, a letter came with the threat of blackening us at the ÖGK and the tax office due to lack of knowledge. Exactly what you would expect from a "professional" accountant.
