Santos Wieden I Mexican Grill & Bar

Terrible service, terrible food. We ordered 200€ worth of food like: burritos, tacos, steak and empanadas and deserts. Tacos and the deserts were fine, but the rest was simply disgusting. The burritos were a disgrace and an absolute spit in the face to the entire Mexican cuisine. The waiter was moody and asked questions like “you know that’s another big size portion right?” or said things such as “can u wait? I’m taking the drinks order first!!”. I would’ve ended up calling the manager but it was my little sisters birthday. I felt like the waiter was looking down upon us because we are an Asian family. But mr. Waiter, if you’re reading this, this Asian family is paying your salary. You deserved a bad tip. Time of visit: 28 Sept 2020, 4:30pm. Right wing of the restaurant, at the very last table next to the window. The waiter was chubby, with short wheat colored hair and a beard.

We love mexican food and here we got a bit disappointed. For the price we paid (36€ for two people) rice was overcooked, and tortillas seemed to be not recent. And the worst: waiters were rude. We asked for some napkins and they threw them into us without any good manners. Also, we didn't get the general treat we expected. Payment was done in a very unprofessional way, without showing the bill, and twisting it a bit. It's a pity since the place and location and concept are really nice... I wish they changed these details: they would be more successful. And it is always a pleasure to dine in a place where you feel well treated...

A good experience overall, great food with some key attentions to details exceeding expectstion. However the margaritas were very basic and not well thought though, need more authentic flavours.

We enjoyed our food here. We had the smoked barbecue ribs and the chili chocolate chicken. At first I was skeptical about the chocolate sauce but I was pleasantly surprised! The service was decent!
