We planned to go mountain mountain biking in Kaprun so we've booked 6 bikes in advance. But on the day we were supposed to go we've been told that they don't have any because they gave it to someone else. The guy responsible for reservations said that online reservations precede those made personally. I've never seen such a dishonest behavior.
We have made a reservation on 6 E-bikes two days prior of our rent day. On the rent day we come for the bikes, but there are no bikes for us. The man responsible for the rent says, that online reservations have more priority than personal reservation. So we were without bikes. On the online reservation site there Is only option for 2 E-bikes. Absolutely dissapointed.
