Unfortunately, I have to give a bad rating for this branch. I wanted to buy new glasses, but the optometrist was out of business on two completely different days and times and on the third visit he had a clientele and I should have waited at least 1/2 hour. The fact that I had taken 3 extra work off my hands was probably my own bad luck. Another incident was that you clumsy pensioners an older phone model, which was blocked by repeated input of wrong pin or code, had simply offered to send in for repair, which would apparently cost ¬ 300, -? Or the option to buy the same old model for € 400, - ... In reality, it only had to be connected to ITunes and could easily be unlocked by a non-expert. This looks very rip-off! Maybe you should check the competences of the employees once? Read all the reviews, we are not the only disappointed ex-customers .... Unfortunately?

The sellers are very unfriendly and do not take time for the customers and their demands. It is just a competent seller in the business. Unfortunately, I have had the experience a lot lately, so I will definitely never buy anything again at Hartlauer or get advice!
