Very unfriendly sales person also very impolite. I arrived to the shop 4 30 pm with my daughter. We patiently waited the person to be served before us. Also let another customer to return boots and again another person to order ski repairs - although they both arrived after us. At 4 45 pm we tried to rent ski and boots for my daughter, however the sales person told us to come back the next day since he is closing soon (5 pm is the closing time) I did have to argue to get served. After that the way he treated us was unacceptable not to mention that he overcharged us by a non-wanted and not asked insurance. We paid 145 euro, and finished the procedure 5 minutes after 5pm. Very disappointed since we used the company's service several years now. Never again.
