the shop team was very friendly and helpful, but the rental personnel served in an unpleasant manner. english was spoken only in the shop, but not in the rental area. the rental prices are a bit higher than in the competing rental services (9 vs. 8 € for skiboots, 32 vs. 19-20 € for snowboard set (2018)) that i have also tried (Panorama and Kendlbacher), though the quality of the equipment wasn't higher (in my case the skiboots were very used and one of their locks was faulted too...), and service wasn't that helpful as in the other shops either.

The staff is friendly, but INTERSPORT is more expensive than “Sport Panorama” next door.
