Received defective goods from Wimmer and documented them with photos by email. Now I should still bear the return postage for the defective goods myself. This is not how you deal with customers or former customers who want to set up a workshop for a considerable amount. It was an attempt to shop here. Fortunately, it was initially only about a low value of the goods; now I have bought my tools elsewhere.

Although bought online, nothing to complain about. Later wanted to expand an already completed order. Called briefly, no problem, item added to existing orders, shipping paid only once. Good prices, good service, goods very well packaged. Keep it up. Gladly again with this dealer.
