Very good and competent service! Buying a car was straightforward. After a few months, the trunk stopped closing. We got an appointment within a very short time and the "damage" was settled via the dealer guarantee. Very friendly and helpful, extremely customer-oriented!
Competent, friendly and top-priced! Everyone tries very hard and the customer is still king here. Had our car to be viewed by an expert on site (only a small damage due to personal negligence) and got a new ID3 as a replacement car without any problems! Our car was even washed on the outside and returned to us clean! Really great !!! thanks

Very nice, probably good service ... But too high a price. Almost € 50 for a claim is not appropriate! And if you get billed twice for the same car during the same visit ...
