Basically great. Unfortunately, I rarely find something for my pony because the range could be increased a little. Unfortunately, I never find the right size for breeches either. But a very hard-working nice staff

The store manager is very unfriendly to customers, always postponed for repeated requests because of a bridle of orders (requested by phone). Obviously the store has no interest in making money, actually wanted to buy a bridle for € 230 as well as food and gaiters, but with such inappropriate behavior towards customers I prefer to order online. Service-oriented is something else.

Shopped at Equiva in Anif this week and was very impressed with the friendliness, courtesy and competence of the staff. So far I have rarely been served in a riding shop so well and by such technically competent employees and will always like to shop there. The 5 stars I gave are absolutely justified for this team.
