In the shop you are initially not noticed for the first 20 minutes. If you are one of the lucky ones and see a seller who is not "briefly" in the warehouse, you can finally ask for help, I would call the sales talk okay if a friend of the seller had not interrupted us and insisted Camp goes to have private talks.
Because we already knew what we needed and the price was right, we ordered everything there.
Shouldn't we have done ... the wrong floor was ordered, allegedly it is no longer produced, but the information was not received and we were just given a different floor. The delivery took place 3 hours later than announced.
Then too few were delivered ... you wait forever for a callback, it is best not to expect a call on the same day. We then picked up the missing goods ourselves. Fortunately there were two of us traveling, because we were allowed to collect the goods ourselves and invite them. Could have cleared out the whole business and they wouldn't even have noticed.
By and large, absolutely NO purchase recommendation!
The team is unprofessional and unfriendly.
Schagerl was recommended to us and we only heard good things, what we didn't know is that they are no longer the same owners, before I think it was a father-son duo.
Delivery time 6-8 weeks due to Corona 8 weeks we were told. Now it's already 10 weeks, if someone picks up you are put off that you take care of it and you are called back, which of course never happens! We too would like to be able to straighten ourselves out, we have to get out of our apartment and there are still no doors in the new home!
When sending the offer and the invoice, they were of course quick!
Bought a WPC terrace floor. Top quality!!! We are very satisfied! The team is very friendly and competent! We will definitely buy there again. I can only recommend!!!
After 8 months we still haven't received our order! Despite weekly calls (outside of lockdowns), there is hardly any contact because nobody ever answers. After showing up in person, you are told that you will be contacted for an update - which has never happened before. You have no idea what the current position of the order is - whether and when it can be delivered or if it is finally in stock at all!
