Unfortunately we had to make bad experiences twice in a row. First, the redemption of the Sofortgewinngutschein on certain coffees (although according to the hotline included) denied us. On the next visit I tried to clarify this. However, the dark-haired lady responded uninterested and arrogant instead of apologizing for her colleague - after all, it was not she who had lost herself. Objectively formulated critical customer feedback is perceived as annoying and answered with arrogance. Not customer friendly!
